I was so nervous about getting my tonsils taken out but I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff took such great care of me. Special thanks to Dr. Willis, Christine & Violeta at the front desk, Herman who was in the OR and was so nice and caring. Heather was one of the nurses as well and she was amazing. A super special thank you to Ruby & Krystina who made me feel so safe the entire time. Ruby helped me feel so seen with my food allergies and making sure to at all of my medications were safe. A special thank you to the anesthesiologist as well, whose name I didn’t catch but she was amazing.

The staff here at Dry Creek Surgery Center was wonderful during my surgery. Exceptional kindness. The staff was compassionate and non-judgmental. If I ever need another operation (here’s to hoping I do not), I would feel safe here to have it done. Updated Review - still 5 stars! Krystina and Meg were my pre and post op nurses and they were fantastic. The entire staff at this surgical center is awesome. This is what medical care should strive to be like. Comforting, caring, and supportive.

Today our daughter had surgery on her nose. We started like any other surgery day with getting an IV to start…well our daughter is a hard stick! 8 x until the IV was successful in the foot. The nursing staff was amazingly patient, empathetic, kind, encouraging, and rallied until they had a plan and solution! I’ve never felt so encouraged and well taken care of.
