Be careful on their billing, they will try to extort you for money for services that were never rendered. I was going in for one lumbar injection, and my Dr. decided since we were going under that we might as well add a second injection at the same time... and because of this second injection their surgery center is trying to bill me for 2 different procedures. I have a bill for 2 times in the pre-op room, 2 times in the post op room, 2x facility usage fees... The billing manager literally told me, if you get 5x injections during the same procedure, they will bill you 5x all of their usage fees. This place is a scam. The nursing staff and OR staff was incredible, it's just unfortunate good people work for such a money hungry entity that they try to scam you out of usage fees. Must be nice doing the work once and getting paid for it 2, 3 4x times.

If you have to have a colonoscopy, this is the BEST place to go! We were pleasantly greeted by Mara at the reception desk, who was very helpful and kind while checking me in for my "procedure". My surgical nurse, Meagan S, who escorted me to "Prep" was terrific! She made me feel very comfortable and explained everything very clearly as to what to expect. As did the rest of the team of Doctors, Nurses and anesthesiologists who took great care of me and treated me like a princess! Thank you all so much, Megan S., Angela, Danielle, Whitney, D. Cooper, Dr. Laird and Doctor Smith! I will be happy to see you all again and recommend you to all my (old) friends!

I have had two surgeries here and if I ever need a third this is where I will go again! All the staff especially the nurses and anesthesia team are so kind, prompt and thorough. I don't like needles so both times I was numbed for my iv for comfort. The anesthesia teams put up with all my questions and requests and even when I am on that table keep moral high. A special thank you to Eileen in the PACU who made me feel so safe and cared for, told her this, nicest nurse I have ever met :)

Over the years, I’ve come to this surgical center for three different injuries and each experience has been reassuring and enjoyable. That’s right - having surgical procedures for painful sports-related injuries and paying my medical bills has been enjoyable! So much so, that I’ve traveled out of state to have procedures performed here. And it’s a testament to the staff at the Edwards clinic and Steadman team. The administrative staff is friendly and helpful. The nursing team is attentive, warm, and skilled. The surgeons are the best in the country. While I hope I don’t have to come back, I wouldn’t be upset to partner with this team again.

Second surgery here and the staff was amazing. For my first surgery last October, the nurses did so great. Katie took great care of me. She was even so kind to braid my hair before surgery so it wouldn’t get crazy. Yesterday I was there for my second surgery. I was so pleased to see Katie come out to the waiting room to bring me back! Katie was SO amazing once again and got my hair braided before going under. I had to get a picture with her this time around because I’ll never forget her kindness, caring, and amazing braiding. So shout out to Katie for being the best. All the other nurses were amazing as well! Shout out to Sherry for getting my IV in my non existent veins! Thank you all for making the surgeries much easier. You all are great, keep it up!
