⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10+ Stars from Start to Finish I truly know the difference, and that matters. Last year I had a procedure at another center and was treated horribly — lack of knowledge, unclean conditions (including a nurse using the same pair of gloves to scroll on her phone and then touch surgical instruments — BARF), billing issues, and a clear feeling that no one cared. I’m honestly lucky I didn’t walk out of there with a staph infection. So when I walked into North Springs Surgery Center, I didn’t know what to expect. From check-in to check-out, this place was a 10+ out of 10 — and I had something real to compare it to. I was treated with respect. The facility was spotless. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and even funny at times, which truly helped ease my nerves. Every single person made me feel seen, heard, and cared for. A huge thank-you to Lana, Montana, Dr. Richins, Olivia, Sara W, and Karine — you were all part of my care team and you are incredible human beings. THANK YOU, North Springs Surgery Center. This is the bar for how medical facilities should treat their patients.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience yesterday. From checking in to checking out, it was an amazing experience given nobody wants to have surgery! Every member of staff was amazing and a special shout out to nurse who prepped me for surgery (Sara), anesthesiologist whose name I can’t recall, and amazing surgeon Dr Geoffrey Doner. They were all kind and explained everything to me. Highly recommend.
