I would give zero stars. I came in for a bravo PH test, had the device put in me by Dr.Haydek, followed instructions to record everything, only to be told 3 days later THE DEVICE IS DYSFUNCTIONAL AND NO DATA WAS RECORDED. I took a day off work, did everything to trigger my symptoms so I could record, now my symptoms are worse and I have a metal in my body so i can't complete my scheduled mri, AND I DON'T HAVE AN ANSWER because they didn't give me a functional device. And they said 'well you can always repeat the procedure If you want to' like hell who in the right mind would trust them again? How hard is it to do your job and check the device?? Give me back my wasted pto time and efforts!!!

Staff was good. $1300 facility "gouging" fee not so good. Apparently they've decided that if your procedure is not purely preventative, that you get to pay this ridiculous charge. Looks like UHC might be culpable as well. Probably seek out another provider for next ones.

Overall a great experience! Everyone I dealt with was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and polite. Communication both before and after the procedure was fantastic! Thank you Dr. KC, Krista, Tanya, Kayleigh and Rayah! See you in 3 years! :-)

From the get-go every person in this location were friendly, and made me feel as comfortable as possible. I was given everything I needed to know ahead of time. Very informative and given with plenty of advanced notice. Starting with Rayah at the front desk, she had a smile on her face, and made me feel right at home from the get-go. Once I went behind the curtain Jessica took my vitals and answered any questions I had. Feeling slightly more nervous (first time for a colonoscopy), she put me at ease. Shortly thereafter, Dr. Kaira came in and checked on me as well, reinforcing the comfortable feeling that was already coming over me. He and I talked a little bit about the book I was currently reading. After he left, somebody (Maybe Kayla-anesthesiologist) pushed me to the room where the actual procedure would be done. That's where I met the rest of the team (RN's Paige and Emily) as well as Dr. Kaira. Everyone was very kind. They showed me what position to be in on the stretcher, put some oxygen into my nose, and I was pretty much out SUPER QUICK! Next thing I knew I was waking up with my wife looking at me, and having a little bit of a groggy conversation with Dr. Kaira. BTW- the grogginess was extremely temporary. I felt normal again in almost no time. My wife and I were given what we needed to know, and then I was soon being pushed in a wheelchair to my car by Abby (tech). Surprise, surprise, she was friendly as well. I was given paperwork with all info related to colonoscopy (including QR code to get faster access to lab results, procedure reports) as well as a follow-up call to see how I was doing. I experienced no pain as a result from the surgery (the same can't be said for the constant wiping I was doing pre-surgery, a little bit tender back there). Thankfully, that went away soon enough. The team I worked with was STRONG! Everyone I came into contact with put me at ease. I am grateful to God that I have access to this kind of procedure. I'm grateful for the polyps that were removed. I'm grateful for my wife taking me home. I'm especially grateful for this group of individuals who took care of me. Blessings, Josh Gonzales

Great experience from Dr Le and team. Always checking to see if I understood the process as well as the procedure. I had several questions and all were answered in detail and with satisfaction. I recommend the practice to my friends and family based on my amazing experience!
