Absolutely disrespectful. My little sister went here and was informed that she was fat and said that she needs to lose weight. Shes not even fat at all, not in a single bit, she is still a kid and that doctor has cause unnecessary emotional trauma on her. Do not go here unless you want to be talked down upon.

This medical practice is extremely disappointing. I came here for a papsmear and because I needed a new OB/GYN. This medical group was not my first choice, but since my options were limited due to other providers not being contracted with my assigned medical group, I had to settle with this medical office since their in-network provider had availability for an open appointment. I had my papsmear done on 12/09/25, and it has now been over a month without receiving any communication regarding my results. When I called the office today to follow-up, I spoke to someone that answered the call with just a "Hello?" and without any formal or professional greeting (I almost thought I called someone's private line instead of a medical office). I called for my results but was then transferred to another line that continued ringing with no response. I called back again about 2 hours later, but the phone once again kept on just ringing repeatedly and then disconnected. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this medical practice to anyone. If other options are available for your healthcare needs, I strongly encourage seeking care elsewhere. I'll definitely be looking for a different OB/GYN.

Avoid this place, and if you have ever experienced misconduct, negligence, or another concerning problem from a doctor here, please considering filing a complaint with the Medical Board of California. It is not normal for doctors to treat patients so poorly. I was told here that if you are a virgin, the doctor will not do pap smears for you because your future husband won't accept it. This is an extremely unprofessional comment, and it shows lack of care for patient health. Additionally, even if you are a virgin, the doctor might still do a nonconsensual internal pelvic exam on you. The gynecologist Dr. Christine Hoang sexually assaulted me. I was not informed at all that she would be doing an internal exam on me, and she did not ask me if she could do an internal exam or tell me that she was going to do an internal exam. She suddenly and roughly shoved a speculum into me, causing me a lot of pain. When I was yelping in pain and pushing away from her and crying, she did not stop. I was bleeding and experienced pain for over 24 hours after the exam. I was left feeling extremely violated and in distress. After Dr. Christine Hoang did the internal exam on me, I left the room crying. An older woman saw me and asked why I was crying, and when she found out what happened, she said that she had an appointment with Dr. Christine Hoang before, and the doctor was so rough that she decided to never return to see her again. Additionally, despite having suggested birth control pills to me before for period pain, Dr. Christine Hoang later told me at a different appointment that I have no reason to take birth control pills if I'm not sexually active. This is not only contradicting her own suggestion but also shows a lack of medical knowledge. The gynecologist Dr. Dzu Tran is a pervert. He made creepy comments about my genital area and other girls my age. He was extremely inappropriate, and he also either lacks medical knowledge that a gynecologist should have or is letting his personal beliefs affect how he practices medicine. I have seen other doctors here as well who were awful and dismissive. The medical care I received here has often been subpar. The staff here have also violated HIPAA often, giving other people my medical information when I was already an adult and announcing my test results in front of other people.

This place has horrible service, please don't go here if you have other choices. My son had a broken arm and needed referram to a orthopedic, and after 2 days seeing the primary care doctor, the front desk staff could not even get the prior authorization approval for a specialist correctly. They put in the wrong code, and the PA was not approved. When confronted why they didn't get the job done correctly, the staff rudely said they were so busy. Still, they didn't even do it correctly, more delay, and more delay. I will never come back to this place. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and always acted busy but never got anything done correctly.If you care about your loved ones, take them elsewhere.

Had an appointment w Dr. Zoo today for obg procedure. When I spotted an older gentleman in the hallways giving me stares, taking to other patients and pointing at me, I didn’t want to believe that that’s the doctor I’m going to see. Anyways. I’m getting ready for the procedure, the nurse prepares the couch and tells me to get undressed. Then she crosses her arms and continues starring at me. So creepy. She literally wanted to watch me get undressed! I froze. I pretended going back to phone and waited for her to move. When she finally moved, I got undressed and sat on the couch/table waiting to be seen by the doctor. Then I realize that the door is behind me. Anyone coming in and people in the hallway can freely see my butt. And those assistants made multiple back and forth swinging the door fully open, not caring about privacy at all. No knocking, obviously. I’ve seen many doctors, and I don’t mind the men gynecologists, as long as he’s professional. I’m sure Dr. zoo is an experienced doctor, but the lengthy up and down looks in the hallway is just creepy, let alone discussing me with other patients (in front of me!). Everything from start to finish didn’t sit right with me. Lack of bed manners, inattentive, unethical personnel is just the last drop and I won’t come back there. People come with various health issues and medical personnel must care for patients, not cause distress. Despite the bad reviews on every platform, I decided to give this place a benefit of the doubt and I had a good experience with Dr. Hoang back in December. But I think I was just lucky. this place is just poorly managed. Front desk ladies were nice, but medical assistants, nurses don’t express skills required for the job.
