From the girl at the front desk to the nurse and anesthesia person the professional and courteous patient care was awesome they explained everything to me and my son and answered all questions it was so clean and courteous and efficient and I am not easily impressed. I expect perfection and got it there.

My daughter had surgery here and I was quoted that the surgery was to cost a certain amount. I paid the amount quoted. However, the employees did not factor in our deductible and I received a surprise bill for another $250 later in the mail. I called them and said they should stand by the amount quoted to me. They refused to honor their original quote or acknowledge their mistake. I thought this was unprofessional. They eventually submitted the bill to collections and charged me interest for a mistake that they made which I thought was totally unprofessional.

I had the best experience. The bedside manner was excellent the way it should be in all places. They made you feel comfortable. I want to Thank Dr.Ota and his staff for showing such compassion and making you feel care for. And the anesthesiologist was wonderful. God bless you all.
