While I was there I won't complain about the staff or the success of the surgery. I needed an access evaluation and a cathedar placed. BUT. I hate when I'm lied to. The dr first said I would be put into a twilight sleep while placing the cathedar and working on my arm. Neither happened. She gave only local anesthesia and I felt pain during both procedures. When I complained to my nurse at my dialysis center, I was told that I'm not the first to have the same complaint. I will not be returning.

My grandma has been here a couple of times due to some dialysis techs not knowing what they are doing. Before covid I was able to wait with grandma until her procedure started. Unfortunately, now I wait for my grandma in my car. I trust this staff to take care of my grandma because I actually got to experience their amazing patient care. The Dr here is by far one of the best doctors she knows what she’s doing. Good work is never really noticed, but keep up the amazing work!

My grandma was referred here by her dialysis center in Ontario for a clotted access. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The doctor and nurse was great to explain in detail about what needed to be done for my grandma. I couldn't have asked for a better service. My grandma doesn't speak English, but she felt comfortable and safe in this facility. They're also great about following up on the patient after procedures. We have returned multiple times.

Have had no problems here. Had a chest catheter replaced and removed here. Had a femoral catheter placed recently. They are very good at following up. Everyone is really helpful.
