Still with the effects of the anesthesia but very grateful to ALL the hospital staff, in the office everything was immediate and without long waits, and although my husband, my mother and I were a little anxious because I am allergic to a type of muscle relaxant, but thanks to the nurses and the anesthesiologist I was able to calm down and relax, thank God everything went very well, I would say excellent, everyone was very kind, and also grateful to my gynecologist Kaylene Carr for everything.

I had outpatient surgery in November. Staff was very attentive and kind, from the moment I checked in til I was wheeled to our vehicle. Very satisfied with the experience I had.

I wish I could give 10 stars! The front staff greeted me with a smile and check-in was fast. Soon after, Erika my nurse, took my back to prep me and get my IV line going. She was kind and sweet and was very caring. She made sure I was comfortable while I waited. Dr Chen, my anesthesiologist came out and chatted with me about the plan for surgery. He was funny and kind. Dr Vu performed by surgery and before I knew it I was back in recovery. I woke up in quite a bit of pain but my recovery nurse Terri made sure we got the pain under control. Dr Chen came back to check on me and gave some direction on meds to provide to get my pain under control. Terri was so attentive to my needs and concerns. I am so grateful to have had such a caring team during my visit. I highly recommend the surgery center to everyone!

I had a great experience with my surgery. All staff was professional and attentive and very nice for the entire time I was there. I felt very well cared for. I could see that other patients were very well cared for as well. The staff was very busy but they all looked in good spirits and happy to be there. All of the people I interacted with made me feel welcomed and at ease about my surgery. The nurses that cared for me after my surgery did everything they could to keep me comfortable until I was discharged.

They are great! Very good care. Sorry have to change review. November had great care but today cannot say the same. Only the anesthesiologist smiled and was friendly. I arrived at 8a returned home at 2p for a 15 minute procedure. At one point my doctor decided to leave for awhile. Was told when he leaves he usually doesn't stay gone long. I was kept there longer then I should have been. Not my fault but was glared at and ignored by all. I heard the anesthesiologist tell another patient doctor had left, that is the only reason I found out. I asked questions at that time.
