I was scheduled to have a procedure done. I was supposed fillout a pre-procedure form before the day if procedure. . They sent the link as text message and it is hard to edit the form on the phone. I tried calling the phone number that they provided in the text message I tried calling them so many times. No one answered. Finally, I saved the form on the phone. Sent it to my email. I was able to edit the file on my laptop. It shouldn't be that hard to do this. They should mail the form or send it via email. Please answe the phone and return the phone call if we leave a message. Thank you for your service and help.

Told to fill out pre-registration forms on line prior to my medical procedure and it keeps saying site cannot be reached or server can't be found.This is very frustrating to say the least! It says it should take 15 minutes... ha i've been at it for over an hour. Called the surgery clinic for help and NO ANSWER AND NO CALL BACK!

Tracy surgery center at 2160 grant line road suite 120 is the worst imaginable. The absolute worst. The first time they got me prepped and doped up to find the machine was broken. The second surgery the lens causes my eyes to see steaks of light. Now I get here and I was told to be here at 7:15 for an hour pre op. That’s not happening. I’m not getting to pre op for another hour and I’ve been here over an hour already. They told me nothing. They explained nothing. They’re completely ridiculous right now. 7:15 is my appointment and they told me I had three people ahead of me. THREE AT 7:15. I’m mad. I took a sick day of work. Have to sit here and listen to their god awful music as well. There’s always something wrong with this place. Then using the key to the bathroom. They said it was out. Later I see it up there, they didn’t even tell me. Worst ever.

Today I had appointment at 10:30am We checked in at 9:30am, been sitting there for hour and a half then the lady came out and said sorry we have to reschedule your appointment? Doesn't make any sense. Piece of advice for you guys everyone is working so next time don't waste people's time if you guys can't see the patience so tell them in advance.
