First let me say, I don't think anyone is excited to have a CHOLANOSCOPY. That being said, I am so glad my insurance chose this Endo center. From the moment I walked into the center I was greeted by a very kind young woman at the front desk. The waiting room only had two other patients waiting, and we were all taken care of in a timely manner. Rosie assisted me once I was inside the surgery area and she was so kind in helping me relax and I felt very comfortable and in great hands. Also, Ericka was very gentle when setting up my IV and was right there for everything I needed or to answer my questions. This was my first time meeting Dr. Zaidel and he was so kind and reassured me by telling me exactly what to expect step by step. He really cares about his patient's comfort and took the time to answer any concerns I had. I was pleasantly surprised to see a follow up text the next day from this center asking how I was feeling and asked if I'd like a nurse to call me. WOW customer service is 10āļø ---Beth S

I hope this review brings comfort to anyone feeling anxious about their upcoming procedure. If you're searching for reassurance, know that you're not alone—and that you're in good hands. Walking into the building early this morning, I was overwhelmed with nerves and fear of the unknown. But from the moment I arrived, the care and compassion I received made all the difference. To Heather, RN; Michael, Nurse Anesthesiologist; and Dr. Sze—thank you. Your kindness, professionalism, and calming presence helped me feel safe and supported throughout the entire experience. I’m deeply grateful to each of you. And to all the other staff members who assisted me— please know how grateful I am for your attentiveness.

Everyone at SBG were great. The colonoscopy was a breeze thanks to the nurses and the amazing Dr. Cohen. If you are hesitant in getting a colonoscopy, no worries. after i awoke from the anesthesia, i sat wondering when they were going to begin until i was told it was already done. no residual effects from the anesthesia, left feeling better than ever. the only tough part is the home preparation laxative stuff, but it's worth it. they even messaged me the next day to make sure i am ok. can't believe i waited so long over unfounded worries. don't worry about the 3 star rating, you can't get a better procedure than here

This was my first colonoscopy in about 20 years and I was a bit apprehensive. Every step of my journey was positive. The prep instructions were clear and easy to follow, once understood. When I arrived for my appointment, every one I encountered was courteous, patient and efficient. The entire operation was well organized and efficient. ALL NURSES were caring, kind considerate and gentle. The anesthesiologist clearly explained that the medication would have short term effect and I would not feel a thing, which proved to be true. He followed up after the procedure to make sure I was okay. Dr. Lee was also very gentle and kind. He took the time after the procedure to explain the results in detail and did his best to put my mind at ease! I am so grateful to this entire staff!
