Looking at the last reviews, there definitely was a change for the better in staffing over the last 5 years. I had an AMAZING experience (as did my buddy in the bed next to me; heard him thanking the staff while we were in recovery). I was terrified to get a colonoscopy, especially with this being my first time being out to sleep AND I am terrified of needles. The staff were AMAZING. From the receptionist, nurse, anesthesiologist to the doctor performing the procedure. Their bedside manner was EVERYTHING!!!! Definitely a 10/10 experience. I’m glad I didn’t read reviews before going because I probably would’ve cancelled. If reading this review, pay attention to the reviews left after 2021. There was clearly a huge change in staffing. You won’t regret your experience. I was there Oct 29, 2025. 🗣️ KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK OVER THERE…you guys are AWESOME!!!!!

The doctor is a poor planner and clearly doesn’t think about patient experience. Scheduled a colonoscopy months in advance due to busy work schedule. Doctor day before cancels because he failed to get a record from my physician. He had months to achieve this but waited till the last second. I wasted time on the diet/ protocol and lost the prep day and op day of pay as I had to take off work. This is something the doctor could have addressed easily had he read my file timely. Staff was as nice as possible about it.

I am not sure why there's so many negative reviews about this place but I just got my colonoscopy done recently. Everyone was so welcoming. The staff were very efficient and the process went smoothly. All of my nurses were vey comforting and friendly. It was my first colonoscopy and they made me feel comfortable. I woke up with no issues and I felt great. I couldn't imagine having a better experience anywhere else. Dr. Hsu was very friendly and got the job done. Thank you!

I just got my colonoscopy done here and they were very efficient and the process went smoothly. I'm not sure what's up with the negative reviews. Maybe they stepped up their game and hired some people or implemented new protocols here. My appointment time was 11am and they started moving me at 11am. I was out of there by 1pm or so. Everyone was very nice. All of my nurses were vey comforting and friendly. It was my first colonoscopy and I was a bit terrified but they put me at ease. I couldn't imagine having a better experience anywhere else. It was perfect. Dr. Shue didn't say much but he seemed very friendly and got the job done. I appreciate how efficient they were. It was like clockwork. Thank you!

Not sure why this place has such negative reviews. I will admit I was a bit hesitant after reading some of the reviews but after actually going today and experiencing everything, this place gets nothing but 5 stars from me. Everything was efficient. I was told to come 45 mins earlier than my appt, which I did. I got called in almost exactly at my appointment time. Nurses were awesome, doctor was awesome. I was done in 42 minutes.
