Thank you Dr. Chaffee! Your the best!
Thank you so much April for helping me find the most awesome pair of glasses! You work above and beyond and appreciate all your help! This is the best place for eye care and thank you to Dr. Theadore and your team again for being so amazing!
I’m writing this review on behalf of my 83 year old mother. Her cataract surgery with Dr Rasheed went fine. When it came time for her free eye prescription and glasses from Dr Chaffe (at Sani Eye Center) it cost her $150 out of pocket for progressive lense which she agreed to and paid. My mother went to order an extra pair of glasses through eye buy direct and asked Dr Chaffe for her perscription in which he was very reluctant and rude to her and said “you get what you pay for online”. Then Sani Eye Center sent her another $50 bill for the free glasses now making them $200 out of pocket. She ordered $130 glasses on line and six weeks later still can’t see or read with either pair of glasses. I took her to Costco for their $60 eye exam and the prescription was not even close to Dr Chaffe prescription. She ordered another $130 pair of glasses from “eye buy direct” with the new Costco prescription and can see everything from reading to road signs. So after shelling out $520 and wasting almost 2 months, thanks to Dr Chaffe at Sani Eye Center wrong prescription, the correct costco prescription and her latest 1 pair of glasses from “eye buy direct” are good.
Dear Dr. Rasheed, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the surgery you performed on my mother's eye. While we are grateful that the surgery was successful, I must address the false promises and claims made regarding its benefits. Despite assurances, over five months have passed, and my mother's eye has yet to show signs of recovery. Your statement to my mother, expressing a reluctance to be involved in her case due to her decision regarding her other eye, was disheartening. As a medical professional, I believe you are bound by an oath of service to prioritize patient care, regardless of personal feelings or preferences. Furthermore, your refusal to refill my mother's prescription and turning her away from treatment only compounds the situation. It is evident that you have failed to uphold the standards expected of your profession. I implore others to exercise caution when considering treatment at your practice and seek alternative options. Rest assured, we will pursue this matter through legal channels. Sincerely, Her Son
I had poor vision by the time I landed here at Sani Eye Center. I loved the staff, and the doctor was amazing. I had both cataracts removed and lens replaced. I literally have my vision back and am enjoying my life again. I cannot believe how dim my vision was.
