This business wants 9000.00 dollars yes 9k to do a 15 min epidermal procedure on my lower back . my deductible is 375 and they want me to pay 20% of the 9000.00 totaling 1950. Does this sound ethical to you ? I have Cigna hmo and I clearly understand what they are doing as there is not a chance in hell Cigna is going to pay them 9k to do a 15 min procedure. This business is adjusting numbers such to position them selves to get paid there 20% . I cancelled my 1950 dollar epidural shot in my back and will never do business with these people again. I should ad last year I had the same procedure done with this company and was told 2 times that the same procedure would cost 435 and showed up the day of and it was 935. This time around I have been on the phone with my insurance and this posado and I will never do business with them again . This is robbery !!! I would not even waste my time with this business ...

Everyone is so nice and compassionate here; they take the time to explain every step and to provide comfort. Sunny especially helped make the pre-surgical time less scary for me, in the waiting room I started feeling very nervous (light headed) but as soon as Sunny took over her personable demeanor made me feel calm and less alone.
