I had the worst experience today with Dr. St. Hilaire. I was referred to him to be seen for right leg venous insufficiency. This doctor had no compassion and very dismissive. Additionally, any time I asked a question, he would make it clear that he’s a specialist and couldn’t answer the simple medical questions. If you want an authentic experience and to be treated as the patient and not be dismissed, I highly suggest not coming to see this doctor.

I wish I could leave zero stars. Dr. Nassoura Is very rude and will not listen to your concerns. His procedure didn’t work at all and I had to go to another vascular surgeon who was amazing and the entire experience was pleasant. When he came into the room for the procedure, he walked in and started screaming at the ultrasound tech about something unrelated to me. Without speaking to me at all, he jammed a needle into my leg with no warning and I jumped because I wasn’t expecting it and he then yelled at me. I guess he is a screamer. Do yourself a favor and just find someone else.

Excellent surgeon and medical crew that made feel easy and informed. I especially felt great with the Doctor's good spirits and taking time after surgery with positive reinforcement about my upcoming treatments thru his own personal experience. Only negative is I wish the front office clerical would adopt a policy of including the patient's current medications when receiving a referral as it would save the patient a lot less stress and to start on time.

Dr. Nassoura took care of my Sister-in-law. He performed two surgeries. Both went very well. For that we appreciate and thank him and his staff helping us at a difficult time. He is an excellent doctor.

I have had two outpatient surgeries a few months apart with Dr. Rafidi (port insertion and port removal) and both were great experiences. The center is very clean and all of the staff are very kind and considerate. I was facing a cancer diagnosis in my 30s and everyone was very encouraging and supportive. Not that surgery is ever pleasant but this was pretty much as good as it could be!
