An absolute mess of a hospital. From unprofessional customer service to inexperienced staff who’s not on point with paperwork. Not even gonna mention the wait, I was here 15 min before my appointment, and waited for over an hour to get in. Worst experience

Absolute waste of time. Called to make appointments and no one answered. When someone finally picked up they had me transferred so many times for more then an hour that I lost count for them to tell me to come in person for better assistance. Once I got there they had me going from floor to floor; ended up with no appointment and still sick. No one ever knows anything, not worth anyones time. They say all the doctors are booked up, yet there is no one in the building. Horrible

Calling to make an appointment has got to be the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I have had to call several times because the people working there tend to hang up immediately and I have to call again. Recently when trying to call for an appointment for whatever reason they ended up transferring my call to the surgery department immediately upon them picking up the call. The people in the appointment center either need to be trained properly or replaced because I shouldn't have to call over 8 times just to confirm or make an appointment. Slowly starting to consider finding someplace else because this has been ridiculous

Terrible service!!! called to get some help regarding medication and instead got a response of if he knows he needs his medication he should not be going on vacation. I felt this was neglect to help out the member after mentioning his appointment is next week due to the doctor being on leave it had gotten pushed. She continued to bring up history of appointments when instead of finding a solution to the problem she was just making the situation HARDER AND STRESSFUL!! my great uncle is elderly and deserves to go on vacation he is retired. He has his yearly checkup so was confused to why Silvia kept saying to me he should not be going on vacation if he is diabetic. I did not know someone that is diagnosed with diabetes is not allowed to travel. He has been going here for years second guessing if he should continue going here he likes the front desk staff and Elizabeth but this person did make it very stressful for him.

If I could leave a zero star I would. I would often call to schedule an appointment and I could never get a hold of Sylvia to schedule an appointment with the doctor. They kept saying they would call me back and never would. I eventually got something scheduled but they didn’t tell me the time nor the date. They eventually called me day of but people gotta work and I can’t just take the day off on a whim. Worse communication I ever had with any office and I don’t recommend to anyone else. They waste your time, give you the run around and don’t care about you it’s very clear by their actions. Avoid this place.
