Excellent service throughout. My cataract and glaucoma surgery was done in a quick (not rushed) professional manner. Phone call later that afternoon to check on me was important to me as I had, as I some questions. All normal. My best thing I can say is I would recommend Dr John Zeiter Jr. for any ocular surgery.

For someone that has always used kaiser, being my first time at Zeiter, I am extremely happy with the service they have provided my mom. They have great receptionists, assistants, and drs. Every staff member was really friendly yet very professional and explained clearly what they were doing as I was prepped for my cataract surgery. The entire process was easier than I expected and I was impressed at how busy it was in pre-op and yet ran like a very experienced and smooth machine. I will be back for my other cataract soon and have complete confidence in the team! The only thing I would comment on was that with all of us patients in pre-op-room,with beds separated by curtains, it was easy to hear personal details of each other like birthdates and medical conditions, etc. during the preps for surgery. Overall, I think the Zeiter team is outstanding !

My recent visit to Zeiter Eye was a great visit. I arrived before my appointment time to find the reception staff available and ready to assist me. The wait time to be called in for my appointment was minimal. Every staff member was friendly, professional, patient and efficient. The entire office was very tidy & clean. I have been visiting Zeiter for several years for assistance with my eyesight. I have always been pleased and grateful for their professionalism, medical skill and care they have shown toward my eyesight issues. I definitely recommend Zeiter Eye.
