I went into the surgery center for a laparoscopy yesterday. My RN, Dominic, was so sweet during my pre-op. I was extremely nervous and my anxiety wasn’t helping. He put in an IV and I had a full blown panic attack. He was quick to assist me and make me feel better. We talked about my job, his job, and other fun things to keep my mind off of it. Any question I had he answered without judgement. He even smiled at me and wished me good luck when I was being wheeled in to the OR. This man deserves a raise! My anesthesiologist, Robyn, was also very sweet. I told her I was nervous and she gave me some Midazolam to calm me down while wheeling me into surgery, and informed me that she would take good care of me. When I was put under, she didn’t tell me to count down because I think that would’ve made me more nervous and I thank her professional judgement on that. Anytime I have a surgery, I’ll request to go here. The professionalism I experienced was amazing and I’ll be recommending it to anyone thinking of having surgery in the future. I went in with a ton of anxiety and the nurse I had was amazing ! I wish I could remember her name . All of the staff were amazing ! I was terrified of being put under anesthesia and the anesthesiologist Valerie was so sweet and really calmed my nerves . I started to panic once I got into the procedure room and she had everyone get me set up really quickly so she could put me out . Amazing experience and I’m very happy with the care I got .

I have had 4 procedures here in last 6 months. I give this place 5 stars and would give MORE if allowed. The Doctors, nurses and staff are amazing!! They are caring and professional. Very clean facility. I've had a great experience all 4 times I have been here , from front desk to exiting in wheelchair and everything in between. Thank you St. Joseph's Surgery center!

The nurses and staff in the back that works with the patients were great. Even the person I spoke to over the phone was very knowledgeable and helpful. However the front desk staff was very rude for no reason and couldn't answer any questions or take information without having an aggressive response.

Loretta is amazing , my dad doesn’t speak much English but she was able to assist in Spanish ! They were fast and very helpful!
