I had surgery scheduled for today, but my surgery was cancelled yesterday, less than 24 hours before my surgery was to proceed. The reason? Because the implant that my doctor wanted to use was too expensive and the surgery center would lose money. Seriously? Obviously, someone didn’t do their job in a timely manner, and now not only do I have to wait another month, I have to cancel my vacation plans. I will never use this facility.
