I had a surgery in March and paid over $2,000 out-of-pocket, and Advanced SurgiCare failed to credit it to my deductible despite explicitly saying it would be in my Insurance Verification Form. I had to make a claim with my insurance myself to get it applied months later. I appeared for a follow-up surgery last Friday and found out they had rescheduled to tomorrow without notifying me. Today, after multiple calls advising me of how to prepare for the surgery tomorrow, they cancelled last minute, saying they received incorrect insurance information from my doctor. I had a surgery with them earlier this year - my insurance information worked then and should be on file. I do not appreciate the repeated inconveniences as I already notified my work that I would be out of office each time and now have to reschedule again.

Amazing staff , really good nurses and surgeons. Made me feel safe and comfortable since it was my first surgery ever. Very helpful and caring staff and really care about their pts. Would recommend to anyone.
