To : Doctor s, Nurses , Staff, public My personal experience was 10 stars. I have reviewed, previously posting. I believe everyone has there opinion. I have had medical care 3 times in 9 months ! Everything went so good, I thought I was in heaven, being treated by Angels, in this Crazy World . All Staff should be recognized, by the Best Medical Service. In Santa Barbara County. CA. It's in God control of outcome of any procedures. THE DOCTOR are, not God ! They are here to help us relieve pain. They do they best , procedures allowed BY, OR WORN OUT Body parts ! , Thank You , To All , SHOUT OUT, TO , Dr.Kenly, Dr. ELIE Kupperman, and Alta Orthopedic Staff, All Doctors. Highly recommend! Be Patient, there are thousands of us in Pain, I pray for the public that has pain ! I am just 1, God Bless to All.

This place hires nurses barely speak English to be their anesthesiologist. They don’t require any preop work done on the patient that they do surgery on. They do not monitor correctly when a patient is under anesthesia. I work for Medicare and these people should be banned from practicing anywhere in the United States, I only gave them one star because I had to give them something to give my review. Please think twice before you decide to Allow them to do anything on your body you may never wake up

So far my first communication with this place was a phone call informing me I will owe them money once I get there, I do not believe this should be the first contact. I Could barely understand her as she didn’t speak very good English, little nervous about this procedure now. I will follow up with more information on how the process goes. As a follow up, it ended up being a very pleasant. Initial nurse was a little cold, but the following one was a young pregnant lady, who was very kind and very professional, the one who brought me into the surgery room with the colorful hat was also very pleasant and professional very comforting. The anesthesiologist was very professional as well. I wish I remembered the name of the nurse as she deserves to be recognized .

I had a wonderful experience. The entire staff was kind, competent, and helped give me peace of mind. I felt very well taken care by Dr Mitchell. Nurses Myra and Victor were similarly professional and compassionate. This surgical center is exemplary in every way.
