While this place is clean and everyone is nice. It actually sucks. Constant waiting long periods of time to be called back even if you have an appointment. We were waiting for over an hour to be called back even though the surgery was scheduled for early morning. Do better. Or at least provide updates. I’d give it a zero if I could. Just for the waits alone
The surgical center where Dr. Faiz Rahman performed my knee surgery was outstanding. The staff was kind, attentive, and ensured I was comfortable before and after the procedure. Dr. Rahman’s skill as a surgeon is incredible, and I’m already seeing great progress in my recovery. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Dr. Rahman and this surgical center for anyone in need of top-notch orthopedic care
The surgical center where Dr. Faiz Rahman operated on my husband was nothing short of world-class. The moment we walked in, we were impressed by the cleanliness and modern feel of the facility. The waiting area was comfortable and calming, helping to ease our nerves before the procedure. The staff at the center was incredibly attentive, from the reception to the nursing team. They kept us informed throughout the process and were quick to answer any questions we had, no matter how small. Dr. Rahman’s expertise during the surgery was evident, and the post-operative care was impeccable. Every member of the surgical team displayed professionalism and empathy, making us feel like we were in the best hands possible. The attention to cleanliness and patient care was top-notch, and it’s clear they prioritize safety and comfort above all else. This was by far one of the best medical experiences we’ve had.
This place sucks whom ever that anastegiolist is with copd shortness of breath or asthma is the worst person I’ve ever meet he clearly do not know what he’s doing he gave me wayyy to much n my surgery experience was awful. I threw up 15 times n sleep for 24 hours I became very ill therefore I couldn’t take my pain meds. The doctor was great but the staff was awful. Do not let the man with copd prep you before surgery. Please . You’ll regret it
Miss Getzi @ the front desk is phenomenal! I found her to be very professional and detailed about her job and all of my concerns. I arrived 1 hour early as requested, and, was taken back ON TIME for my surgery. So far, my experience has been nothing less than professional (Their front lobby is beautifully decorated and elegant). Update; I have to say this place deserves 5 stars. I had the most pleasant experience before and after my surgery. Everyone who assisted in my care was genuinely concerned with doing their very best. Please know that this review is honest and sincere. My nurse Alicia was super patient and had a great bedside manner. She had me smiling and laughing at times that I would normally be tense and nervous. Shannon in anesthesiology made me feel at ease and went over everything to make sure there were no hiccups. Martha, who called 24 hours later to make sure I was doing okay, was super personable. My surgeon was Dr. Syed Ahmen, and as always, he took very good care of me and helped me understand what to expect. I would HIGHLY recommend Coastline Surgery Center and all the staff. This entire team is very caring, and you feel the love and healing before you even get the surgery. The attention to detail is bar none. I felt SAFE and at ease for the whole process. Everything was clean and shiney and new. That meant so much to me. It was worth the drive from the Inland Empire. Thanks, EVERYONE, for making me feel so comfortable. Also, the anesthesiologist was on point - I forgot his name. Great job, sir - I didn't feel a thing!😃
