This surgery medical center is awesome! All of the staff are very nice and calming and gave me a sense of security. The facility was extremely clean and sterile without feeling cold and impersonal. The anesthesiologist was great and made sure I was comfortable. And I my surgeon was amazing. I wish I could have all my surgeries here if and when I need one. Thank you all for making my experience a pleasant one!

I had surgery on my shoulder about three months ago. The surgery was a big success. After about a month I only had about 10% pain and already given usage back in my shoulder and arm that I haven’t had for a year or more. The staff was informative And professional. They guided me through every step I appreciate them.

I must say that the doctor was absolutely wonderful. While I was initially a bit apprehensive, he managed to put me at ease. The nurses were also exceptionally professional and displayed great kindness. Furthermore, I experienced no pain in my hand following the operation. Awesome service. I hope I am not finished with the surgery center. I might have my left shoulder surgery in the near future. Dr.Erwtamin (sic), is awesome. I am achieving my full potential with my right shoulder, and hope to be able to do my regular job duties, soon. He also shares a pre surgery, learning to use your other arm, primer that I have given him. And he told me he has shared it with at least 4 new patients. Thanks for your help with my surgery.

I had a mixed experience at Mission Valley Heights Surgery Center. The nursing staff was absolutely amazing—compassionate, attentive, and truly made me feel cared for during a vulnerable time. I can’t thank them enough and genuinely appreciate everything they did for me. However, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The check-in woman was rude and unwelcoming, which added unnecessary stress as I was preparing for surgery. Her attitude felt disrespectful and set a very negative tone at the start of my visit. It’s unfortunate that such a great medical team is overshadowed by an unprofessional first point of contact. Overall, the care I received from the nurses was excellent, but the front desk experience needs serious improvement.
