I write this review today after spending 2+ weeks trying to contact the surgery center manager. I have made multiple attempts by telephone and their facility contact form. There has been no response from the manager or any representative. My 21 year old grandson had two diagnostic procedures completed on 12/17/25. He was sedated for the procedures. I picked him up within 30 minutes of receiving a message that he had just been taken to the recovery room. I arrived and within approximately 5 minutes he walked out of the recovery room to the area where I was waiting. There was a nurse in attendance. As we walked outside the facility door, I was told by the nurse to take his arm because he "was swaying." At this point, my only priority was getting him into my vehicle. I am disgusted at the level of care my grandson received during his discharge. I am a 75 year old retired registered nurse. I have given conscious sedation to patients in an emergency department setting, and I have received conscious sedation myself multiple times in a healthcare setting. Never, ever have I seen anyone walk out of a building following the administration of this form of anesthesia within a short recovery time frame. Patients, including myself, are taken to their pick-up vehicles in a wheelchair due to safety concerns. The nurse, who informed me my 6 foot tall grandson "was swaying," made no effort to help him. Had he lost his balance, he would have fallen to the ground because there was nothing I would have been able to do to prevent it. My grandson has no recollection of the event as we were leaving the surgery center. Upon our arrival home, he took a nap. This was due to the effects of the medications he received for sedation. I suggest the surgery center change their discharge protocols for the safety of their patients.
Shady, malevolent medical practice. If your physician sends you here, they are ignorant at best and don't care about your wellbeing at worst. They can harass you multiple times a week about billing but can't pick up the phone to answer questions. This is truly indicative of America's healthcare and why other first world nations are frequently laughing at us. If we can survive long enough to see this change in our lifetimes (IF it changes, hopefully for the better), I hope this place goes under, and anyone working here with any moral fiber should consider working for other offices. Evil establishment.
I got a endoscopy procedure done in Dec 2024 per Dr. Cheravattah recommendation. Spoke to the billing coordinator who supposedly ran my insurance and gave me an estimate of my out of pocket expenses based on my insurance which was financially sustainable for me so I proceeded to schedule. Fast forward, after my procedure I received two bills that totaled TRIPLE the estimate that was provided to me.. i called my insurance company and they looked into it and advised me that no one ran my insurance for an estimate from there. So not sure where the rep got the estimate from but it was not accurate!!!! Please note there was no variances in my procedure and it was a straight forward procedure. it was all downhill from there. Called their billing collection agency who then said they don’t deal with these questions/claims, they just bill and I would have to get in contact with the actual office. Well this has led to phone calls unanswered, messages not returned for almost a year now!!!!! Not to mention I even went to the actual office in person OVER 10 times, more than half of the time their door is locked during business hours and the one time i caught someone, she said she couldn’t help and would relay the message to the person that handles billing. I also found out The billing rep, Courtney who I dealt with, apparently also doesn’t work there anymore after several months of attempting to get ahold of her. Can’t get ahold of anyone but get bills EVERY WEEK (no exaggeration). I have bills to prove it—harrassment!! Now almost a year later, they send me a “final notice before its reported to collections” Will be filing a claim with the state department of healthcare, medical board, department consumer finance, BBB, etc to seek all the support I can get. This office is so shady. How can a medical office really dodge patients like this. The worst unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. The amount of hours I’ve put in trying to make calls and visits in attempts to get some billing help is absurd. Time away from work and personal time. I DO NOT PLAN on paying this bill as the billing rep falsely ran my insurance and this bill doesn’t not reflect anything close to the estimate I was provided. -H.Moore
Well ONE: I got there at 6:45am appt was at 7:00. Got out 10:15. There was only two appt. Ahead of me. TWO: main nurse pulled off the heart Monitor so fast off my skin that it popped blood Vessels and left a mark from it. I mean come on I could feel it and I was Sedated rip off me. The Procedure was just fine. It just the wait and how one nurse treated me after it. Don't rush on me and hurt me because your running late. I do want Thank Doctor and staff didn't hurt me.
I drove my husband here. Was told that the procedure would take no more than 2 hours from scheduled time of arrival. We came on time but we weren’t called in until an hour later. When I asked the receptionist as to what time to pick up, she said “2 hours from the original scheduled time”, but the nurse said “no, we’re running late and it will be 2 hours from now”. This was now 3 hours from the scheduled time instead of 2. When I returned to check 1&1/2 hours later, there was a sign at the desks saying no one would be there until 11:30 (a half hour from then). Luckily I caught the receptionist as she was leaving who then told me “because they are now running even later, it will be 2 & 1/2 hrs from the start of the procedure instead of 2 hours. We should have been leaving at 10:30am but instead it’ll be 12:00 noon! Not acceptable!
