My experience was excellent. I have never ever had such an excellent experience in a surgery center or hospital. I'm still in aww ,I just can't believe what a great experience it was. FROM THE RECEPTIONIST TO THE NURSES ,DRs ,anesthesiologist, everyone was great. And believe me I've been to other surgery centers and they can't even compare to my experience i had at "Capitol City Surgery Center. I'd most definitely go there again!

Great place to have cataract surgery done everyone is very nice and professional and I really enjoyed my experience there. Thank you to all the staff for making me feel cared for and made me feel calm. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I had eye surgery performed here in the summer of 2022. The reception area and admittance staff are very nice and polite. Their information was easy to follow and I was quickly taken in for surgery. My nurses Ashley and Kathy were excellent. I couldn't have asked for better spirited and professional ladies. My own personal ophthalmologist performed the operation in the facility and I was happy with everything from the anesthesiologist all the way to the front office staff. You will not be disappointed in their professional performance. Also the facility is very clean and organized and they run it much like a hospital environment.

Stay away from this place. You do business with these people at your own peril! Here is what I have had to resort to and I have yet to get a call on my complaint. I had a procedure done at your facility on 1800 Tribute Road on March XX. I was charged a deductible of $XXX for the procedure to occur with my medical provider being United Health Care Member ID XXXX. I spoke with the insurer and they stated to me that I had been charged the wrong amount and Capitol City Surgery Center should have charged me $XXX instead of $XXX which means that the Surgery Center should refund me $XXX. I had already paid my deductible with United Health. I spoke to a Diane on many occasions including 3/24, 3/26, through April, and finally I spoke to a Kari Todd twice in the months of May. Further, in a conversation with Diane we put a representative from United Health Care on the line and she informed Diane that I had overpaid the amounts referenced above. At that point Diane turned it over to the billing department. I was assured by your billing representatives that a cursory check of the computer systems would verify everything although at that point for sure approximately $XX was owed to me at a minimum with the rest of the $XXXpending. I have had two phone conversations and a variety of emails from Kari promising me an answer. To date nothing has been done and I am getting “the run around.” If this was a small amount I would move on but the amount of my overbilling and which I made payment is substantial. I am going to file a complaint in Sacramento Small Claims and have you served at your offices on Tribute Blvd. Further I am going to file a complaint with the Department of Managed Health Care and the Medical Board of California (MBC) who investigates medical billing practices. Finally, you will get a dismal review in Google and Yelp. The follow up by your staff is terrible and unprofessional. If you disagreed with my analysis, then a letter or some kind of call back explaining yourself would be warranted. However, I have received nothing in response. All the things I outlined will commence on June 3 unless I hear from you.
