I had taken an uncle here, waited sooooo freaking long. Plus they say check in 1hr before appointment. So like 2.5hrs of waiting. Brahhh. They overbook, not enough beds.

I was deceived by Dr Won Jo team,and also at the mountain view surgery center, Both told me the cost was $850 including anesthesia, after I received a billing statement with a $600 anesthesia charge, without tell me about it, when I signed They said it is for procedure only Everything is electronic They said just sign and click continue, that's all appears On the screen, I paid cash!! I don't have medical insurance please be honest, that wasn't right!!!!!

Cleanliness of the bathrooms is poor. Sinks have stuff growing or vomit in them. For a place that does colonoscopies all day I would expect clean facilities. Girls gossiping early in the morning. Quick service. But please hire a cleaning crew. You can afford it.

I had a colonoscopy today and I can’t say enough about Mountain View surgery center in Loma Linda. The communication from the start was excellent from the detailed easy and clear instructions, to the day of the procedure! I was taken in on time, all the staff from the receptionist to the medical staff that prepared me for the surgery were kind, patient and very professional! I liked that they put you fully out for the procedure, the last colonoscopy I received at a difficult medical facility years ago did not do that so I did experience some pain but not at Mountain View….the procedure was only 20-30 minutes and I was taken very good care of when I woke! No pain, woke up and felt very good except for the gas I experienced which was normal! The medical staff helped me get rid of some of the gas before leaving the facility! All in all it was a positive experience! If I could give them more than 5 stars i would! Thank You Mountain View Surgery Center

I went into Mountain View Surgical Center on Nov. 2024 to get a colonoscopy procedure done. Two days before my procedure and I looked at some reviews that were not very good. At that time , it was too late to cancel. I am glad I did not cancel my appointment, The girls at the front desk were great.The nursing staff was great.The anesthesiologist was great and the doctor was great. Many reviews said the place was very dirty. I thought it looked very clean. I would definitely recommend this place for your surgery appointments.
