Went to the endoscopy area for a procedure with Dr. Lu. Everyone was so friendly and professional. I was nervous once I got there, but they set me at ease. Loved the lil song one sang. Made me laugh. I was in and out quickly but not rushed.

It was awful. It came from a machine with ice and too much creamer; and at that moment it was the best cup of coffee in the world. It was also just one in a long line of little kindnesses that started with the receptionist bringing my wife a heated blanket in a chilly lobby and continued through my entire visit. Granted, one can tire of being asked the same questions over and over, but when the nurse takes the time to cover your exposed toes on her way out, it's all good. Everyone I encountered at Mercy went beyond the required level of professionalism and took great care to insure not just my physical comfort, but my comfort with what was about to happen to me. Because let's face it; surgery is kinda scary and while I wouldn't recommend it as a pastime, I'd certainly recommend the team at Mercy Surgery Center to anyone facing such a procedure.

Had surgery here and they made the experience wonderful. My first surgery so not a lot to compare to. But the staff was amazing and helpful and nice. I recovered good as new.

Went to Surgery Center for Sinus repairs. Used Dr. Domb whom was great. At the Pre-Op I was assigned April K. She was very good, knowledgable and made the entire process very comfortable. I would recommend her for any job she desired. A very dedicated and professional lady.
