I had surgery at the Hacienda surgery center yesterday and I wanted to be sure to make a review every single person that works. There is very kind and respectful and professional. I love the nurses that helped me. This is an amazing center with amazing people.

Outstanding Experience at Hacienda Surgery Center! I recently had an arthroscopic surgery (9-10-25) at Hacienda Surgery Center with Dr. Roger Dainer as my orthopedic surgeon, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Dr. Dainer is absolutely amazing — professional, skilled, and truly cares about his patients. From start to finish, the entire team made me feel safe, informed, and genuinely cared for. A special shoutout to the nurse anesthetist who gently guided me off to sleep — thank you for making a nerve-wracking moment feel so smooth and calm. My pre-op nurse, May, was incredibly kind, accommodating, and attentive — she made the check-in process seamless and comforting. In the OR, nurses Lissette and Tori were fantastic — professional yet warm, and they helped ease my anxiety with their positive attitudes and care. Lastly, a huge thank you to Kenya, my recovery nurse, who took such great care of me post-op. She was compassionate, thorough, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Excellent Care at Tri-Valley Orthopedic and Hacienda Surgery Center I had a full knee replacement surgery performed by Dr. David Jupina, and the entire experience was truly outstanding. Dr. Jupina was professional, clear in his explanations, and showed great empathy and expertise, which gave me full confidence going into the procedure. A special thanks to coordinator María López, who played a key role in making everything go smoothly. She guided me through each step, answered all my questions, and ensured everything was well organized. The care at Hacienda Surgery Center was excellent—clean facilities, attentive staff, and my recovery has been going very well thanks to the support and follow-up. I highly recommend Dr. Jupina and the entire team to anyone in need of orthopedic surgery. I truly felt I was in good hands from start to finish.

The team's expertise and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of my treatment. The hospitality extended by everyone at Hacienda Surgery Center truly went above and beyond. They anticipated my needs and ensured I felt supported every step of the way. Even after my procedure, the excellent care continued. The post-op recovery area was comfortable, and the staff provided attentive and compassionate care. I was particularly impressed by the follow-up call the very next day to check in on my recovery. This level of commitment and personalized attention is rare and greatly appreciated. Hands down, my experience at Hacienda Surgery Center was the best I have ever had. I highly recommend them to anyone seeking top-notch care.

Our experience with this surgery center was long waits and not letting us know what was going on for the long wait. I do not recommend this surgery center to anyone. 9/26/2022 Received a phone call from a staff at this surgery center RO change my family members colonoscopy on 9/28/2022 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 A.M. 9/28/2022 9:42 A.M. Arrived at the surgery center and do the paperwork. Although we fill-out all the info online days before the appointment time, they are asking us to duplicate the some of the paperwork again at check-in. 10:00 A.M. A nurse called my family member in. I went back and wait in the car. I was expecting this colonoscopy to be done within 2 hours of time frame. 12:00P.M. No news from the center and I am concerning. I went to the front desk and check. The staff told me that she was trying to find my family member and the doctor seemed to have some issue with the previous patient and causing delays. Therefore, it took her some time to locate my family member and he was still waiting in the pre-op. 12:10 P.M. Called Palo Alto Medical Foundation Gastroenterology Dept and seeking help and advise. While writing this review. PAMF told me they see my family member’s appointment time was 11:20AM. instead of 10:00 AM. My concerns: 1. The surgery center called us on changing the appointment time but didn’t change the appointment time in the system. 2. The surgery center altered the appointment to cover up their delays. 3. Not proactive notifying the family member about the patient’s progress or possibilities for delays. 4. Blaming on the doctors. Then don’t schedule patients so closely. 5. By hearing the surgery center staff telling me that that’s was a complications from the previous patient makes me nervous about letting this physician perform on my family member. I will post who this doctor is and review this Gastroenterologist later on. 12:37PM. I am sitting in the car worrying about my family member… feeling like crying. ******* Again, I DO NOT recommend this surgery center, if I can give negative stars, I will, I am really upset with them. ******
