I have had an amazing experience at Pasadena Cosmetic Surgery through all procedures. Adam, the nurses, and the entire front office staff are incredible from start to finish. Everyone is so kind, professional, and easy to talk to, which makes the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. They take the time to explain everything, give great recommendations, and make sure I always feel supported throughout the entire procedure. The level of care and service truly exceeds my expectations. Parking is conveniently located behind. Highly recommend!!

I rarely write reviews, but will do so in exceptional cases - both good and bad. Happily this is an exceptional one! Everything about my experience with Pasadena Cosmetic Surgery (PCS) deserves acknowledgement and praise: - Sarah was delightful to work with - she took care of all the challenges I presented - and they were tricky ones….billing, scheduling; - The consultation with Dr. Martin O’Toole gave me confidence, not only in his knowledge and skill, but professional integrity. He did not try to talk me into anything, but in fact talked me OUT of a procedure that I thought would be beneficial. What made this stand out further was having had a previous consultation with a “renowned” (all over YouTube) surgeon that was purely a sales pitch…nothing was about my personal needs - everything was about selling me every possible procedure. - Dr. O’Toole listened to everything I asked, and delivered - masterfully! I am three months out from an abdominoplasty; the results have exceeded my expectations. I took one pain pill after the procedure (not even Tylenol following); I had zero bruising, and my incision is clean, straight, and perfectly placed. I highly recommend PCS, and I hope Dr. O’Toole never retires…!

From the very first visit, I knew that Dr. Martin O'Toole would be my surgeon. I had interviewed 4 other doctors, and none of the other offices gave me the sense of expertise and care that Martin O'Tooles office did. Sarah, and all of the nursing staff were excellent as well. The whole process was very straight forward, and provided detailed information at the very beginning in considering such a major procedure. I felt seen and heard as if I was an individual and not just one of many. I am about 6 weeks post-op and I absolutely love my results!! I had a large hernia and a lot of skin to remove as well, which he took care of expertly. My scars are clean and precise due to his very experience hand, and my breast lift provided such a beautiful and natural looking shape which I was hopeful for. Even my belly button is cute and and looking really natural. 10 out of 10 would do again!

I saw Dr. O’Toole for two procedures and am incredibly happy with the results. Dr. O’Toole is simply the best. He made me feel comfortable from the our first initial consult and took the time to go over any and all questions that I had. This continued up up u til the surgeries and thereafter.
