My surgery was supposed to be in the first week of December 2024. I wasn't able to reach their office. A call center in India takes their messages but I never got a call back. I even called my insurance and asked what to do and they too could not reach them directly or hear back from them, so they mauled and got an answer. I was told that I can file a grievance. Haven't done that yet. The doctor herself is very nice. It's a administrative problem they have... Fast forward; 3rd week of January 2025. Had my surgery yesterday and guess what... they sent me home and called 3 hours later, asking why I did not go over to the next building to be checked after surgery and if nobody had told me. Nobody had told me. Well, come in tomorrow then, they said but.... I live 2 driving hours away! Omg. So, now I have to figure out who can drive me there in a couple days for a post op. I am going to call my local doctor to ask if he can do that post op check up here in my town. The surgery went fine and all seemed professional and I had no problems with that. THEIR ENTIRE SCHEDULING, TRYING TO REACH THEM AND GETTING A HOLD OF THEM IS SERIOUSLY DISTURBED. Yeah. Sorry. 1 star because of that. Again, Doctor Rebecca is great. There are multiple other Doctors, too, so I am assuming that this is some large for profit first, corporation driven company set up.

Worse place possible I don’t recommend anyone coming here we had an appointment at 11am it’s now 1pm and we still have no clue as to when we will be seen and they also refuse to change the appointment for another day definitely the last time we come to this place will be asking our health insurance to relocate us to another more professional establishment. Can’t even trust the surgery now seeing how they rushing patients out because people that have been waiting hours after their appointment are starting to lose their cool understandably, it will be impossible for them to not make a mistake. What’s the point of an appointment if they can’t keep it themselves lol

My surgery is the next day and I still don't know what time I am suppose to be there. I received a call to call them in which I called them back. I have called them all morning the day before my surgery and I keep getting put on hold for over 15 minutes. Answering service is horrible and no call back after leaving a message.

Going on 7 months now since I received 2 invoices in August of 2020 out of the blue from March 2019 and November 2019. Since August of 2020, I have been trying to reconcile with the local office (which I have visited 3 times) and the billing department (talking with Mara, Mary, Alisa, Nicole, Shirley and Kim). I have been trying to get itemized invoices, to understand if these are legit charges that went unpaid as I always pay my invoices on time. I was told Acquity/Renaissance changed billing companies and the two invoices came up during an audit, which became and is still, my problem. At one time I was told one of the invoices is cleared, no balance due (out of the blue), then later to find out because they sent the "that account" to collections, even though I asked and was told that I would not be sent to collections while I, me, I was trying to resolve these invoice balances that appeared out of nowhere a year and a half and almost a year after the service. As of today, March 23, 2021 I still have no resolution. On Monday, March 20, 2021, I yet again followed up for resolution. Still trying to get an answer on why there was a line entry of BAD CREDIT giving me a credit of almost $400. Makes no sense. No explanation or call back, which has been typical.
