I had my second neck ablation at Channel Islands Surgery and as expected it was the same wonderful experience due to the excellent care from the skilled nurses. Dr Zaghi did the procedure . He is an excellent Doctor and makes you very comfortable as well communicating all areas of the procedure. Thanks to Dr Zaghi the procedure was very successful and my pain is gone .. I went in for a very quick procedure, however, the setup beforehand was much longer than the actual procedure. Mara, Camille, Sarah, Dr Baek and the entire staff were excellent, very caring and made sure everything went smoothly for me. I appreciate all of your attention to detail. Thank you!

actually Joy Todd and I just wanted to comment on the dedication and and excellence of the staff during my procedure. Once I got on the schedule everything went like a well tuned clock. The from the front office to Noella who first met me, I watched my blood pressure go down to normal. The efforts to give me information and not make me wait 2 weeks was gratefully received. If one has to do this kind of medical procedure, go here. Dr. Simon is the best, at least for me. She is really caring and concerned. Amy called the next day to be sure all was well. bless you all.
