My daughter having eye surgery was so scary! The nurses made it amazing. They were so attentive, kind and went above and beyond to make her and I so comfortable and happy. They have the sweetest hearts and were just amazing. My daughter was even inviting them to her birthday party♥️♥️ thank you so much for taking such great care of baby!

the surgery went great. But the billing is another story. I contacted billing on many occasions notifying them that they used an incorrect code to bill insurance. So one month later I am still trying to determine if they will ever correctly code the procedure. Billing appears to be outsourced and I cannot directly contact Pavillion.

This is only based on the customer service in the billing department. I recieved a text about an outstanding payment. I called to let them know that I had already paid it. The person answering the phone says, "Hi." That was it. Not, "hi, billing department, how can I help you." I proceed to tell her I recieved a text about a payment that I had already paid. I start to give her the account number, she interrupts me and says what is this regarding. I tell her, she says give me the account number. I give it, she says its paid and account is closed. I asked why I got a text, she said why did you get a text, who from? I said, I got it this morning from Pavilion Surgery Center. "Well I don't why you got that?" Absolutely rude and should not be handling the phones. Now I know why this place has a 3 rating. Because of the incompetent billing department. Update: I just received a bill statement in the mail. The same day I wrote this review! Are you serious?

I see most of one star reviews are patients who have issues with billing department over refunds since this medical office has prepayment requirement. I also am waiting for refund from service done in October 2024. If you are top management of this office, I urge you to take actions right away to provide patients refunds that you have been holding right away. It is not right to use patients refunds to improve your cash flow statement. If you are patients who have been waiting for refunds for more than 2 months since insurance settlement, I urge you to also express you concerns. BTW, I would like to point out the medical staffs are great (I would give five stars to them). It is unfortunate that their billing department is tarnishing all the efforts put in by the medical staffs. I am hoping that I do not have to report to government agencies to investigate possible malpractice in their billing department.

I have gone to this center twice in the last few months. The first time, I went for a colonoscopy, then for cataract surgery. Both times I found the staff helpful, the parking easy, the facilities clean and pleasant. For the cataract surgery, I had one of the nurses call me the day after my surgery to follow up and see if all was well. It was. (I had already been to my post operation appointment with my surgeon, and my eye is now 20/16.) I look forward to going back for my second cataract surgery.
