Had surgery here today for fractured elbow. Dr Paul Dinh. From intake staff to nurses preop and post op, the best care I could have imagined. Tabitha, Jenn, Jane, Kim and Emilee thank you for your professionalism, compassion and humanity. Dr Paul Dinh and Dr. Ra provided world class care, skills and a heck of a bedside manner. HOI Main St. sets the bar for how to operate a surgery center. Thank you all. I wish I could give you more stars.

I recently had surgery at Hoag Orthopedic Institute Surgery Center in Orange, and overall my experience was excellent thanks to the amazing medical team. The doctors were skilled, attentive, and genuinely caring — I felt completely safe in their hands. A very special thank you to Jen B, who was nothing short of extraordinary. She treated me with genuine compassion and understanding from start to finish. Jen took the time to learn about my sensory sensitivities and made thoughtful adjustments so I could feel calm and comfortable throughout my care. She also took into account past trauma I’ve experienced and made sure that nothing about my procedure or recovery would be triggering. Her empathy, professionalism, and gentle reassurance made all the difference. Jen is the kind of nurse who truly changes lives — I will never forget her kindness. I also want to mention Yuri, the receptionist who checked me in. She was polite, professional, and very pleasant — a great first impression at check-in. Unfortunately, the experience at discharge was very different. The receptionist seated on the right side of the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive to my mom when she came to pick me up after surgery. Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for, and it was upsetting after such compassionate care from everyone else. Even my seven-year-old daughter, who was with my mom, noticed and asked why that lady was being rude — and that says a lot. When a child can recognize disrespect in a medical setting, it’s clear there’s a serious issue. In short: • Medical team: Excellent. • Jen B: Outstanding — trauma-informed, kind, and deeply empathetic. • Yuri (check-in): Friendly and professional. • Front desk (right-side receptionist): Rude and unprofessional; absolutely needs attention. If management addresses the front desk behavior, this would easily be a 5-star facility. The care itself — especially from Jen and the doctors — deserves nothing less

I had a partial lateral meniscectomy and grade 3 chondroplasty surgery here yesterday and the entire team was amazing. Also, when you enter the building it’s not very inviting, but once you open the doors it’s a different story. Beautiful and modern. Yuri at the front desk was so welcoming, Tabatha in pre-op made me feel at ease and , and my OR team — McKenna, Natalie, Dr. Parvaresh my orthopedist and Dr. Mohuiddin the anesthesiologist were top notch incredible. Becca and Kim took such good care of me in recovery. I felt comfortable and cared for every step of the way. Highly recommend this surgery center!

Had my wrist fracture surgery at this location. I am glad Dr Harness did the surgery, I felt very taken care of and in good hands. The post op pain was very low and I feel much better already. The pre op nurse Tabitha was wonderful and made the time till surgery go by quick. My post op nurse Kristine was lovely too, making me feel very safe waking up from the anesthesia. If I ever need an orthopedic surgery again (knock on wood), I’ll gladly come back

Im so blessed to have found this place. After calling a bunch of other places with no such luck, Celeste was able to get me in right away same day. Dr Mark Halikis was very nice and professional. He was able to get me in for surgery within a few days. The whole process was very easy and the entire staff was great. Arlete, Larry and Annette took very good care of me and made me feel at ease. It only Got better once I went for the actual surgery. Ariana , Jen , Kristine , Alex thank You so much for going above and beyond to make me comfortable. Dr Yoshi thank you so much for giving me the good stuff to ease my procedure and for keeping me safe. Dr Halikis thanks for fixing me up. The entire staff here is amazing and if you want good care this is the place.
