One of the worst centers ever. Appointments don’t mean a thing. You have a 10 apt you are still in lobby at noon. Front desk needs attitude adjustment. We all have choices. Avoid this place totally.

Had a procedure yesterday & everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, was absolutely wonderful! They all really showed concern for me. Two things that have never happened anywhere where I've had procedures done before are: 1.)The anesthesiologist called the day before to ask me questions & answer any questions I had & 2.) they called today to see how I was doing! Customer service here is top notch & the care that they all show is top notch as well. The only thing that would have made this experience even better would have been to provide a snack or drink after cleansing for a colonoscopy. Other than that, it was a great experience!

People have been waiting 4 and 5 hours passed thier appointed time and the front desk has refused to tell anyone they are running behind schedule. Instead the front desk is spending all it's time trying to blame everyone else for their own failure to keep the patients informed. People have come here from Lancaster and Brea and the front desk is treating them as pariahs. The fr

I went in for arthroscopic knee surgery. This was my first time for surgery with anesthesia. After filling out the forms, it was a short wait before I went in for preparation. The nurses, anesthesia staff, and Dr. Sisto's team were professional and kind. I was completely out (unconscious) for the operation, and when they woke me up in the Recovery Room, I felt better than when I came in, with no headache or nausea and no pain. If the time comes to do the other knee, I would not hesitate to return.

Needed to go here for xrays. Checked online to make an appointment. Web site was very helpful to let me know that procedures need an appointment, xrays are walk in, no appointment needed. When you arrive at the building, go around to the back. Parking and the entrance is in back. I parked on the street thinking the entrance was there. If you want less walking, park in back. Everyone was nice and helpful. My wait time was about 15 minutes. Bathrooms were clean. Overall good experience.
