Dr John Diana and his team at Valley surgical suites are phenomenal. They are kind, caring and competent. This is the second total hip replacement that I’ve had done by Dr. Diana. The first one (now 11 years old) is still functioning perfectly. If I had a third leg. I’d have to do that one too.

The injection itself is working perfectly well. My disappointment is with the team at Valley Surgical Suites. Wow, I can’t believe they do hip and knee replacements here. No thank you. Couldn’t get rid of me fast enough. They didn’t even give me enough time to properly read my post-injection instructions with the nurse (I had a feeling she had better things to do rather than going over post-injection instructions/side effects with me) before I had to leave, and I just ended up pulling over on the side of the road to read the instructions properly by myself. Maybe they do so many of these that they don’t feel the need, but it was my first time getting back injections and I was nervous. They had plenty of time to chat and banter amongst themselves, but very little time for me. I’m pleased that they enjoy their place of work and have good working relationships with each other, but personally I felt like there was a lack of interest when it came to me.

The entire team provided top-notch care, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you're looking for a surgical team that truly goes above and beyond, Valley Surgical Suites is the place to be! If they offered more stars, I would give them! Beautiful clean center, but the real STARS are the incredible, awesome caring staff they have! Caroline (I called her Nebraska), Ally, Kimberly were all rock stars as well as of course Dr. Diana- I don’t really wanna be a repeat customer at any surgery center, but for anybody that’s considering this group I would highly recommend them!
