The staff and Dr. Berns are all very professional and kind. I brought my mother-in-law to her surgery appointment. They allowed me to go in the back with her while they prepped her for surgery. This was extremely important for my mother-in-law as she had so much anxiety. Everyone treated her so kindly and were extremely patient with her. My mother-in-law and I are very pleased with the level of care she received.

I had a last minute emergency surgery that was going to cost me over $16,000 at Inland Valley Medical Center. As a cash patient, this was not a viable option. With only 1 day notice, Temecula Valley Day Surgery and Home understood my situation and their cost was $3,000. I was extremely happy with the entire process from check in to post op. Staff was friendly and professional and I had not hidden costs. Highly recommend this center. Arman S

BEWARE! They charge you an ”estimate” for your portion up front (which is ALWAYS high) and tell you you will receive a refund if you overpay BUT they will keep your money unless you check your insurance and can understand all the confusing bills and call and request a refund! They will keep your overpayments! This should be illegal and is it least horrible business practice! This happened both times I had surgery there and they had my money for over a year and had no intention of reaching out to me to let me know it was owed to me. It was by accident I find out.
