I love the attentiveness for patients, I am utter disbelief on customer service towards patients Spouses as far as trying to figure out what’s going on with my wife’s procedure at closing time. I walked in to double check before closing and the elderly African-American front desk lady (with a horrible wig) tried to steer me out after asking if I could check status on my wife’s procedures. I was then greeted by an amazing staff member who let me check the monitors for updates as well as going to the back to check status on my wife and inform me that she was still in procedure. Someone needs to retrain this elderly woman and make sure she shows more compassion for spouses of patients and make them feel comfortable. She was rushing me out to close fland go home for the weekend while I was worried about my wife. Great job making me feel uneasy lady… Great job!!!!

After waiting for 40 minutes and no one has answered! I finally hung up. I called 3 times with the same experience! Is this how a surgery center is supposed to treat patients' families?
