Absolutely wonderful experience. The nurses and anesthesiologists were so thorough and compassionate. They explained everything so thoroughly before my colonoscopy and endoscopy. I was never unsure of what was about to happen. Dr.Munnangi has excellent bedside manner and is very thorough and compassionate. If you have any G.I needs go there!!!

I honestly wouldn’t send anyone here for a colonoscopy or any kind of procedure- what an odd and weird experience- I was scheduled for a endoscopy and colonoscopy on 4/11/24 I literally felt like I was in the twilight zone-I had a prior colonoscopy at memorial medical center that was amazing and professional this is the complete opposite- the office is small and not clean - I get there and I needed to use the bathroom - the bathroom wasn’t clean either- I’m told take off your bottoms and you can leave on your shoes and bra- ummm what??? What kind of place does surgical procedures while letting me leave on shoes and clothing ?? I’m placed on a bed and nobody is telling me what’s going on they just start poking me trying to find a vein and she couldn’t so they try another place I had 3 or 4 people walking up looking for vein in my arm they ask well why are you getting this procedure ummm what ?? Like nobody is professional these people are wearing street clothes and just over all it was ghetto and scary - then they PUT THE PLASTIC THING IN MY MOUTH while im Still awake - honestly i should have got up to walk away but i just prepped for this nightmare so i didn’t want to deal with it again - I wake up and then im dizzy and half awake and they walk me to a chair and call my ride - no papers etc no talk with the doc - like what ?? Then with some of the dizziness wore off I ask a lady isn’t the doctor going to talk to me and isn’t someone going to hand me something on this procedure? She’s like oh they didn’t give you a paper hold on then she comes back and hands me a paper and it just had the pics on it with an explanation of what they found- honestly just odd and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone but that’s just my experience.-UPDATE. Doc called me after I complained and he apologized for the whole experience-I still honestly wouldn’t go back - I feel like I was in a really bad movie after that experience

My wife had an endoscopy done here. They weren’t able to find any solutions. We were charged over $300 for a phone call that lasted 9 minutes. During the call all the doctor told my wife the same exact thing that was written on the letter. Do not go here, they are scam artist looking to make a quick buck.

Went into the office and was greated by the office staff they were very nice. After filling out the forms the nurses took me back early where everything was explained about today's procedure. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend this facility.

I will share my experience as it happened. I have PPO insurance. I was reluctant to make an appointment based upon the reviews; however, the single more recent positive review, by Patricia, changed my mind. When I called the office, the staff made an office visit for me for one month out at 2:15 on a Tuesday. At 10:00am the office visit day, I received a phone call asking if I had time to speak to the physician. We spoke for 5-minutes, and he recommended I have an endoscopy, which was scheduled for another month out. My procedure was scheduled on a Saturday at 10:45am. On the day of the procedure, I received a phone call at 9am explaining that I needed to come in at 11:30 due to delays. At 11:20, I received a phone call that I needed to come in at 12:15 due to delays. At 12:15 I arrived, and I waited in the waiting area until 1:30, when I was taken back to the procedure room. Upon completion of the procedure, I was in a bay area for 15-minutes. The medical staff student (who was kind), escorted me out of the building and handed me my results. The results contain images that are too small to see for people with vision impairments. The physical never came to talk to me. The results paper contained medical language that was difficult to understand. The results paper also said if there were questions, to call his office. I called his office. There were no nurses on staff when I called. The staff members explained that they could not answer my questions, and that "you are not supposed to understand the results on the paper; he just gives that to you for your records." She kept repeating that my teledoc visit was three weeks out. I explained that I wanted the visit to be in person because I wanted to view the images. Diana shared that the images on the paper (which are 1 inch by 1 inch) are the only images. Diana said the physician does not have a computer screen that allows him or the patient to view the images in his office. At this point, I asked for a referral. The staff member, Diana, said, the physical does not do referrals to other doctors. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR FOR A PROCEDURE.
