I think the staff is really friendly, and I like Dr. Spragg. But the wait times are pretty ridiculous when you have an appointment. And if you email the front desk with a question for the doctor, regardless of if you remind the front desk again later or speak to someone in person, your questions won't get answered. I'm not sure if the desk just isn't passing them on, or if Dr. Spragg just doesn't get around to following up with patients who have questions, but it's one of those two things . . .

Today was my 1st appt after a painful reverse shoulder replacement. I was in a lot of pain hopng it would just be a consultation. Well Jess had other plans for me. She was very kind & caring & professional & I felt better after I left. Jess was great so far!! Great atmosphere everyone was friendly & professional

It seems like they just have the one MRI machine and it's located just off the floor of a PT place. The changing room is not exactly private. There's a half curtain, no door. Anyone could walk in. But the biggest issue was that they didn't send a report or images to the ordering physician until I called one week after the scan, during which time I heard nothing. There are much better options for scans. Go to Mink Radiology.

A beautiful and welcoming place with a clean, modern lobby and a calming atmosphere. The staff were professional, kind, and attentive throughout my visit. From check-in to the end, I felt genuinely cared for. They made everything smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care in a comforting environment. Keep up the great work folks! You rock!!
