Phenomenal! The front desk, nurses, and Dr. Cheung were incredible, attentive, compassionate, and thorough. They operated like a well oiled machine and although I had severe anxiety about my procedure, they made me feel comfortable and cared for.

If I could leave no stars, I would. I really don't leave reviews, yet I felt I needed to this time. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I have to come in regularly for injections and they always want me to come in 15 min early before my scheduled appointment. I end up waiting nearly an hour or more than an hour every time. If I show up 5 min late, they have me wait for 90 min. There's no communication between staff and doctors. I always get the local for my injections, but they have me listed to get anesthesia. EVERY TIME! People who just walk in are seen before me. The doctors and staff need to get their own procedures done and get their heads out of their butt's.

The staff is amazing!! Thank you Donna for being an amazing front desk person who is kind and patient and gets us all signed in, thank you Natalie, Kelly and ESA (sorry if the names are spelled wrong) for being the most kind and caring intake, procedure and discharge nurses and for Dr. Sharma for the great procedure. Your place is clean and professional and welcoming even though we are all there for pain issues you guys make it the best!! I would give more stars if I could!! Natalie, amazing job on my IV today!! I am a tough stick and I didn’t feel a thing!! Keep up the great work!! I appreciate all of you!!

I’ve taken my 89 year old Father in law here twice for an epidural injection on his back. Both times, they have made him wait over an hour past his appointment time before calling him back for his appointment. Poorly run center. Zero excuse for leaving a 89 year old patient sitting in an uncomfortable lobby chair for an hour and a half, considering that he’s there for an injection for back pain…

When Kaiser first began working out of Samaritan, my 1st time was chaotic and I thought I'd never come back. I gave feedback to my doctor and he insured me that they are working on new staff and office procedures. I come every 4 months, and it has been wonderful with the staff and everything run smoothly! Thank you!
