We had a great experience! My dad‘s dialysis catheter was clogged and he needed to have it exchanged. They were able to get us in the following day. From the time the front desk called me and all the way until the time we were discharged, we were met with kind, professional, efficient care. While we did have to wait a little bit, that is to be expected since they fit us in to what I’m sure was a very tight schedule. Thanks to Savannah RN, the front desk, the nurse who let me use a bedside table while my dad was in the procedure room and the surgeon for making this a smooth process. We also really appreciated the juice, sandwich, and animal crackers!

Love all of the staff here! Nurse Ninfa was really nice and helpful! Dr. K was great, he explained everything clearly! Nurses are all friendly, Maria, Anna, Jazmin, Claryssa, and Edwin all helped out so much! Made my mom feel comfortable and made sure she was good!
