This was my first time having an endoscopy at this center, and unfortunately, it will be my last. I had my procedure on July 29th and repeatedly called and left messages requesting copies of my procedure images but received no response. I was later informed that I needed to complete a consent form, which I submitted on August 7th. Despite this, my email went unanswered, and I had to follow up again by phone. Eventually, I received an email stating that on the date of my procedure, the camera/printer was not working, and therefore some images were not taken or printed at all.

Although I had a good experience during the endoscopy. I had a really bad experience with their Accounting for payment. I called many times to make payment as I needed assistance and they don't pick up! Had to leave a voice message but they never returned calls. I tried sending payment info via mail since they stopped sending mail notifications and they never called I assumed all was being processed. A few months later I am getting letters from collections! I really don't like debt sent to collections as it can impact my credit. Also, I am still getting bills a year later!

I had my Glottoplasty done here yesterday, and the staff was super friendly, and supportive!! I felt so @ ease, they call/email you the next day to follow up and make sure everything’s ok with you!! I was in and out, and I feel so grateful for everyone there!! Also shoutout to Dr. Mendelsohn whom performed my surgery, he was absolutely amazing, and you can just feel that he truly cares for his patients wholeheartedly🩷🩷!! Thank you everyone, I truly appreciate everything, you’ve all done for me yesterday🥹🩷!!
