I was really surprised at how much personal attention I received from the very nice nurses and staff. Felt like a group of older sisters fussing over me. Dr. Tekeste was also very caring and had a fun attitude.

Do not go here they owe me $500. I paid upfront in February. The office employees are very nice but the billing is in Texas, I have been bounced around for over six months. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT!! They said they submitted the claim, my insurance has two submitted in February and the last was August 29th so the filing was too late with insurance. I have called every week since February so not sure why they filed again so late. Be careful!!

I was treated there for a colonoscopy. I dreaded it. The nurses and the staff were as nice as they could be. The place was immaculate. They have a restroom right outside the front door, in case you need one.

This place is horrible! I don't even know where to begin! The office staff is incompetent, evasive and not helpful in dealing with getting your issues resolved! My problem began 3 years ago when they incorrectly coded my surgery and my insurance company refused to pay. They blamed the Dr. and the Insurance company while the Dr. and the insurance company placed blame on them. It was a cluster dead ends that I finally had to pay out of my own pocket. When I finally paid the account off, a year later, I began receiving bullying texts and emails that the account had never been paid and needed payment immediatly! These incompetent idiots should not be in business as they have no idea what they are doing! The only positive was that the surgical staff was great during my surgery.

I had a good and bad experience with this surgery center. My nurses and anesthesiology were absolutely AMAZING ! Very nice ladies that were very comforting, social and great at their jobs! However my surgeon, Dr.Ayal Willner I would never recommend. He came in to speak to me after I got my IV and was about to go into the operating room. He comes in on his cell phone taking with an airline about flights for his vacation. He was trying to talk to me about my surgery and the airline at the same time causing confusion. This made me very nervous right before my surgery considering my surgeon cared so little about my surgery to the point he was on a personal call in front of me minutes before I was put under for surgery on my throat. Not a personable doctor and does not care about the care you receive.
