Billing is a nightmare. Despite my having receipts of payments made they keep sending statements that are incorrect. On the rare chance that I am able to speak with someone they promise to look into the problem and never get back. Voicemails go unanswered. It’s been 10 months and no resolution. Statements keep coming.
