This place is AMAZING! The staff are over the top helpful and nice. My husband had to have a pretty major surgery done and to say he was anxious about it would be an understatement. From the moment we walked in tho, we were treated with kindness and respect by the lady at the front desk (I really wish I would have gotten her name) and made to feel at ease in a situation that was new to us and very scary. My husband said his nurses were so kind and caring and every interaction I had with one was just the same. Lots of information, very helpful. People who actually care about you deeply and it shows. I am so glad this is where our surgeon did his surgery and I just appreciate how well we were treated from start to finish. Thank you to all of you for making a very scary situation better in every way you could.

Thus surgery center has a serious issue with a lack of communication and respect for their patients. 4 hours for a 30 minute procedure and 30 minute recovery. Knew that they were running behind, from the very start and instead of making phone calls to alert their scheduled patients, telling them what to expect, they chose to take the easy route and just be disrespectful of their patients.and their families/friends! Not good customer service!

I had surgery on 4/7 and it was the best medical care I have received in a long time. They were so accommodating, caring and very pleasant. The nurse for the procedure prayed with me before the procedure. This was over and above any care I have received before. All the staff that day gets a five star rating from the front desk to the care out to the car! Thank you so much.
