I just had my first visit at this office and was so impressed. The front office staff were friendly and helpful, and nurse Henry was very nice & attentive. I was excited to meet my new doctor, Dr. Matthew Oman. He was such a professional and very knowledgeable about my complicated case. I look forward to working with him on maintaining my pancreatic health. 5 stars here!

The entire staff is professional and helpful. It is easy to get an appt. The Physician’s assistant Lesile spends time explaining and answering questions. One does not feel rushed. Easy to communicate through the patient portal with office. I like that there are offices you can go to. Highly recommend this medical facility.

After months of searching for a GI office that would address my concerns quickly, I am blessed to have found this office! Answered my phone quickly, got me in as a new patient the same day because of my urgency, took my insurance, no discrepancy with copay. PA was amazing kind and patient. MA handed all the very CLEAR STRAIGHTFORWARD instructions for colonoscopy after appointment & they followed up with texts reminders. Colonoscopy appointment day was 12/10 amazing!!! Quick check in, tests done in a timely manner even though there were many patients and they were very busy, I didn’t feel neglected. I was in and out on time! Nurses (shout out Dennis) were extremely kind, explained procedures, had lots of nurses/assistants to help. Dr. Yu & Anesthesiologist were very kind, gentle, soft spoken, reassured me, slow in explaining procedures and answering all questions. A preliminary report was handed to me after the visit, follow up explained and findings shortly explained. Nurse wheeled me out to my car! I was so happy for such a positive experience in healthcare. I was nervous as it was my first time dealing with any of this but I have nothing but positive energy and respect to give the staff here. Keep it up ☺️

How are there good reviews of this place? Total disaster. No phone support. No follow ups from doctors. Had bloodwork done and said it would be 48 hours for results. A full week later I called to ask for the results and was told to be “more patient” with follow ups. Had an endoscopy and colonoscopy on September 4th. It’s October 1st and there’s been no follow up via the portal and no calls from the doctor. I called in recently and asked for the results, still no response 3 business days later. Had an ultrasound done over 2 weeks ago and again, zero phone calls from the doctor - no follow ups. Called in to ask about it and they assured me someone will be in touch. I’m still waiting for that call. I have $1k+ worth of bills and no clue what the results are from any of my tests. Looking for another doc at this point. Hands down, one of the worst doc experiences I’ve had in OC.

Excellent customer service! The building and the offices look very well maintained, very clean, well lit, very modern! The front ladies at the check in counter are super nice, very friendly, very welcoming and kind. We came for a colonoscopy consultation and as we walked in the nurses seemed very knowledgeable about the procedure. The quality of service and care was very high. We asked tons of questions, and they answered every single one. We are very satisfied with all the information and it gave us some peace before the actual procedure!
