He was professional, kind, and took the time to make me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire procedure. The nurses and all the staff were wonderful, attentive, and very caring. I truly felt supported from beginning to end. I especially appreciate the follow-up calls to check on how I was feeling after the procedure. That meant so much to me and shows how much they truly care about their patients. I am very grateful for the outstanding care I received. Everyone here was great. When there was a problem with my insurance the morning of my procedure Courtney took care of it right away so I could have it since I'd done my prep the night before. Everyone acted as if they loved their job . From start to finish the staff and doctors were kind and considerate.

The doctor told me I need to get a colonoscopy I was a little bit nervous. I just want to see the whole process in glandora digestive disease institute was so incredibly accommodating and I appreciate the thoughtful and warm hearted service that was provided to me. I have nothing but nice things to say about everyone from the front counter to behind the scenes the doctor the anesthesiologist and everyone who even helped take me in a wheelchair to my vehicle. I work in a service industry and I know what good service feels like and this was exactly that, so I just want to say from the bottom of my heart thank you to everyone and have a wonderful 2026 Al Espinoza

I want to say the place is very cozy, and the staffs and nurses and doctors are very friendly and kind. Especially, the front desk, Ausley was very kind of her to gather around my personal belongs inside the office while my car was parked overnight when my booked driver failed to pickup for the service of colonoscopy at the day before my colonoscopy. I praise Ausley having a good heart to treat a patient. Applaud her!
