I thought this place was a sham. It looks like a run down high school acting as a medical facility. The anesthesiologist rushed in at the last minute and didn't bother to read my chart, which had info that he needed to be a responsible doctor. After a PAINFUL start to my cataract surgery I had to start screaming "read my chart, read my chart". I still have PTSD from the experience.
First time at this facility. Excellent. Everyone is professional and respectful. Thank you for a good experience having my colonoscopy. BEST DR. EDGAR MEHDIKHANI MD. SEE U NEXT TIME
I had a procedure while ago. I noticed how unorganized they are. They NURSE Are mean uneducated speak, broken English you cannot even communicate with them. I don’t know where they find these people. I’m sure they’re underpaid. Last min they call changing appointment time saying show up early. Or can you call me later? When you are on your way already. If they cannot handle Simple appointment. What else is there you need to watch out? This last time I had appointment for endoscopy at 11 AM last minute they change it at 8:30 sickening already
Very pleasant, competent nurses and anesthesiologist. They walk you through what they're going to do and make sure you feel comfortable. The wait wasn't bad either.
My husband's cataract surgery was awful. First, the lens my husband has paid in full a week ago DID NOT arrive on the surgery day, as he was told. Also he wasn't alone; another male patient in the preparation room did not have his lens as well. Second, the supposed 2-3 hours surgery time plus preparation & some cushion time actually whole operation ended up to be an SEVEN HOURS ordeal, for both patient and care taker. Seven hours did NOT count any trip/travel time to/from patient's residence.
