I had my injection procedure today. From the front desk to the nurses, surgical tech and xray tech were amazing. Thank you Emma, Stacy, Lucy, Mabel, Kami, Jennifer, Paula & Dr. Amireh! I’m already feeling relief that I haven’t had for over a year!

I had surgery at Summit Surgical Center 12-16-25. It was a blessing to be in a place wherein the entire staff is knowledgeable and care about your comfort. The wait was short and once they called me back, someone was explaining and preparing me for my surgery. I highly recommend Summit Surgical Center.

Everyone was so nice from start to finish. I would like to say a special thanks to Jill the RN that got me ready for my procedure. She made sure I was comfortable. Also Mike who was the recovery RN. Again everyone was amazing!!! I work in health care and its nice to see that we still have very compassionate people in our field!!!! Way to go Summit!đź’•

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. From the moment you walk through the doors of Summit Surgical at Sierra Pacific Orthopedics in Fresno, you’re met with a level of care and professionalism that is truly unmatched. I have been dealing with severe neck pain for over two months due to a traumatic injury that caused damage to four of my cervical discs. Finding the right care was crucial—and I can confidently say I found it here. Dr. Guinto is absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to explain everything in detail, made sure I understood every step of the process, and provided me with genuine reassurance every time I had a question. His compassion, experience, and thorough approach are the reasons I would trust him with not only my own care, but also the care of my child or any loved one. The moment you check in, you’re greeted with warm smiles and professionalism. The front desk staff is prompt and efficient—no long waits. I was called back almost immediately upon arrival. The nurse who prepped me was exceptional, walking me through everything and making sure I was comfortable. They even numbed the area where the IV would go, and I didn’t feel a thing. I was also given a call button while waiting, just in case I needed anything—a small but thoughtful touch that made a big difference. Before my scheduled time, the anesthesiologist and another staff member came out to greet me, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. When I was brought back to the procedure room, I was welcomed by a team of smiling, upbeat professionals, each of whom made me feel like I was in the best possible hands. They explained the procedure thoroughly, ensured I understood everything, and checked in on my comfort level every step of the way. The entire experience was seamless—from check-in to recovery and discharge. While I’ve had other procedures done elsewhere, I have never been treated with this level of care, dignity, and excellence. This facility is truly top-notch, and I would recommend it without hesitation to anyone in need of orthopedic care or surgery. If you’re reading reviews and trying to decide where to go—look no further. This is the place.

I've been here several times. On June 5 i had an appointment at 9 for some injections in my back. I got called back to the area where they get you prepped, IV and etc. at 10:30. Once prepped i they kept me there tell 12:30 and finally they took me to surgery room. They had me ready and waiting for the doc. The doc finally showed up 10 minutes later.. Doctor came in and pretty much immediately started with the first injection before i was even sedated felt the pain of the first injection. He asked me if i was okay and i believe he was a bit surprised i was still awake. After the first injection they sedated me. From my appointment time at 9am till 12:30 it took 3.5 hours for my first injection and I wasn't even sedated for that. So if you go there plan on a long wait and hope they get you sedated before they start. If you have an option I would try another place. Unfortunately i have to go back one more time. Im going to tell them that i have to be the first patient and hopfully it wont take 3.5 hour and the anesthesiologist will have his shit together. It seems to me that they intentionally over book and could care less about your time or the person driving you home. Out of the 5 times I've been there they run a minimum of at least 2 hours late. This last time was the worst. So just prepare yourself for a long day.
