Extremely happy I was referred to Dr Galli. He is extremely thorough. Takes his time with every patient, never rushing you . Extremely knowledgeable as well as skilled. Had my first hand surgery 1/27/26 and I’m healing very well thanks to him. Anxiously awaiting my second hand surgery in a few weeks so I can finally get back to normal and return to work again.

Had an appointment with Dr. Randi Galli. I was pleased with how thorough he was throughout the appointment and with the treatment options that he suggested. Quality physician! I cannot speak for the other physicians because I only saw Dr. Galli, but I highly recommend Dr. Galli at Regional Hand Center. The other staff that I interacted with were pleasant and helpful as well.

Doctors are great office staff is horrible. Unbelievably unprofessional have had several of my appointments had to be rescheduled and they call you about a week before but then when you try to call them back, you just get a voicemail and then they don't bother to call you back till the day before your appointment And it usually takes 3 to 4 months to get another appointment. I'm about to have my third surgery with them and getting scheduled takes an extremely long amount of time six months for a surgery because she's so busy. It's just taking way too long for this because of the office staff is so incompetent. They don't know what they're doing they don't care about what they're doing. They don't care about you as a patient

Had a great experience with the office! Dr Santos is very personable and answers all questions - you don’t feel rushed. You can tell she cares about her patients. Dr Santos’ PA, Ramses Sanchez is the same -personable and answers all questions. The both have a warm presence which is appreciated. The day of my surgery all the staff was great too- the private waiting room & Individual TV set up (with Netflix etc ) was also great addition where patients can wait comfortably. I highly recommend this surgical team

While the doctors at Regional Hand Center Fresno are excellent and provide great medical care, my experience was severely impacted by the office staff. I was actually warned by others about how difficult and unprofessional the staff could be, but I chose to move forward with care here because the doctors truly are amazing. Unfortunately, the warnings were accurate. The office staff is consistently unprofessional, uninformed, and unhelpful—especially when it comes to billing and scheduling. I had to return to my primary care physician just to have a CT scan reordered because the staff failed to verify my insurance benefits correctly. Instead of confirming where my imaging would be covered, they guessed and sent the referral to a location not accepted by my insurance. Even after I personally gave them the correct information, they still failed to follow through. I ended up doing most of the coordination and legwork myself. On top of that, every time I tried to ask a question or explain my concerns, I was constantly cut off and talked over. I’m now taking my care elsewhere due to the staff’s lack of professionalism and basic knowledge. It’s incredibly disappointing, because the doctors are truly great—but the office staff ruins the overall experience.
