Thank you to the entire team—everyone was so nice, upbeat, and encouraging. From check-in to the procedure, everything was handled in a professional and organized way. The wait time was normal, and I appreciated that the clinic took the time to go over paperwork, start the IV, and follow all precautions instead of rushing. To be honest the patients need to silence their cell phones and I hope they implement that in the future. I arrived at 12:30 and was finished by 3:30, which is completely reasonable. I would much rather a clinic take their time and do things right than rush and risk mistakes. Everything went smoothly, and so far, so good after my neck epidural. The staff truly cared, and it showed. As a bonus, Hotel California was playing when they knocked me out, which gave me a good laugh. Overall, a great experience, and I’m very thankful for such a supportive team.
I would love to give this facility a five star review, but I can't. The staff is wonderful and the medical care is great, but the scheduling system is apparently modeled after the Soviet Unions systems. A patient is scheduled for a procedure at 7:30 am, comes in and finds several patients already there, then is told the Doctor won't arrive until 8 am. In case that's not inconsiderate enough for you, you will have to wait four hours until your procedure is done. A patient has to adhere to the fasting rules, the patient arranges transportation, which is costly or inconvenient, if not both, and then waits four hours past the scheduled appointment. How is this fair, considerate and helpful to the patient? How does it help a person in pain, to stand in the waiting room waiting for a procedure, just because scheduling purposely stacked appointments on top of each other, knowing full well it negatively affects the patient. Unacceptable!
It’s not patient care, it’s patient inventory. They scheduled multiple patients at the same time, and do not honor your appointment time. My mother waited over an hour to get called back. I kindly asked the receptionist (45 min after her scheduled appointment) if she had an idea when she was going to get called back; she wouldn’t look me in the eye let, alone answer my question. She just said they schedule patients all at the same time times. Again, I had to ask if she had an eta. still no reply and she was rude. As if I interpreted her lunch hour. I understand they have many people to tend to, but the receptionist shouldn’t make your visit worse than it already is. No one wants to be there, be kind, or get another receptionist. The first person you see could make or break your business.
I never seen the most caring most professional staffs have I in received from there. There was a time I had to use the restroom and one of the staff members took me to the restroom but while I was taking to the back area because the other restroom was full someone's occupying it I came across the staff the whole team praying to God the help them perform medical procedures and that the patients will recover safely for our lives were in their hands and I really moved by it. In all my lifetime I never came across all the staff members praying for every procedure come out well the patients will be safely in their hands. I was moved by them n and it touched me deeply. Not only the spiritual aspect but the professional of the staff as well I recommend anyone to them.
First time I came here it was all fine and dandy, waited 2 hours in waiting room to be called then when my turn I felt like I was in and out of there, today been in wait for ,4 hours had my intake already it's just waiting for a bed now at 4 1/2 hours. All clients that came in after me went in 2 hours before me already. I don't understand why they book so many patients if they can't actually handle it. They have 2 doctors doing the procedures if it was actual surgery I would of been done in a 2 hours time frame starting from time of arrival. Need better facility and more efficient staff. Well I finally went for my turn the nurse who handled me Simone, was awesome. Very friendly and spoke to me with enthusiasm and care. Did my IV in one go and was off for my procedure. Which was always quick and greatly done. It's just the time of wait that's always the worst
